Sacred Sunday... coming in with an oldie; a draft I never sent. Imagine all of the unspoken words... unfelt feelings... unsent/never sent texts or messages or anything... that can literally change someone's life?............... your life?..............

  1. Redefining rejection as The Universe handing you back mis-placed energy. Rejection doesn't exist and that's why the quote "rejection is redirection" is so powerful. It doesn't exist unless you believe it does. God would never keep from you what is for you. (period) -- double, triple zigzag underlined.

At times, we so deeply want (and attach ourselves to) certain outcomes and it makes us feel like we're not good enough or deserving if we don't "get the thing". No.

2. Relationship with this moment and allowing it to initiate us.

The highs and the lows are real... and being in the moment means you're engaging with life as it is in this moment.

The past will have you in a revolving door that you no longer fit in. There's always a door. Step out of it and see an entirely new world beyond it. Engage with life in this moment for this moment is where the only moment where miracles appear.

3. Go into Nature... speak with God out loud.. share your goals and plans and visions.. and allow yourself to dream a different dream– an even more beautiful one. Claim it. Walk towards it (literally, go outside and see yourself walking towards it with conviction and Grace) and put your hand up and out-- walk with God this time.

"I am free the moment I choose to be."

"I believe in myself."

"I trust in my process."

"I remember that I am learning."

"I am so cute! Look how grouchy I get."
